+ Build awareness of consequences of the problems
+ Manage conflict in team
+ Build necessary factors to improve team effectiveness
+ Confront difficult issues
3. Build action plan
+ Set action plan and performance milestones for your target
+ Learn practical tips

* Theory and case studies
* Role play: provide situations for which the participants can clarify the goal and identify ways to reach the goal
* Fill-in learning journal
* Action plan
* Monitor on action plan for 3 months, that is, 1 time per month through email
